Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days, provided proof of purchase is provided.

Opened Food & Supplements:
Accepted if the pet refuses the product or has an adverse reaction. At least 50% of the product must remain. Exchange or store credit will be issued.

Unopened Products:
Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days.

Non-Returnable Items:
Used items, opened items not eligible under the palatability guarantee, clearance items, and custom orders.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item has been inspected.
Local pickup only; shipping is not available.
